Eva Kirchhofer

How do you combine +100 pupils with startups (junior companies), +15 professional entrepreneurship enthusiasts, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, heads of entrepreneurial initiatives, and a room with an audience full of young soon-to-be entrepreneurs? By having Eva lead that project! I had the honor of being a jury member for the Viennese state competition. This event is organized by Junior Achievement Austria and had in its lead, none other than Eva. Eva is a person you will love to work with. Not only is she appreciative of the work of all the contributing stakeholders. She makes people acknowledge her authority, transforming it into an informal relationship while still keeping it professional and having everything under control. The pupils had respect, the jury members felt appreciated and knew that all is good as long as Eva was there to answer questions and solve all challenges appearing out of thin air. All that, without breaking a sweat and without losing her reassuring smile during the event. Even though she wasn't the main character on stage, you were able to feel her organizing touch in every move on that day. With Eva, you have a charming and reliable person, who is able to make everyone feel special and appreciated on your team and a competent person as a team or project leader. I am looking forward to working with you more Eva! Keep up that spirit and keep adding value to every project you take over!
